Typically, EMFACE is safe for patients with porcelain dental crowns because the treatment focuses on tissues rather than teeth or restorations. I may evaluate you further if your crowns contain metal, which can increase in temperature and soften dental cement. Having metal in your crowns and restorations does not necessarily rule you out for EMFACE treatment.
