Dr. Resmi Nair, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Resmi Nair is a graduate of Boston University-Goldman School of Dental Medicine, which is consistently ranked as one of the top dental schools in the United States.
As a family and cosmetic dentist, Dr. Nair has been practicing dentistry since 2001, so she understands how to provide outstanding patient care. She is committed to learning and keeping up to date with the newest methods and developments in dentistry to provide her patients with the latest treatment options. She regularly participates in educational opportunities to expand her knowledge in the field of dentistry.
Dr. Nair is a certified Invisalign provider and a certified LANAP provider and is an active member of the following organizations :

- American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry
Dr. Nair is a gentle and understanding listener and prides herself on how she interacts with her patients. She ensures that her patients are calm and comfortable and that all their needs are met before performing any dental procedure. Her attention to detail is second to none, and she is committed to offering the finest dental treatment possible in a relaxed environment.
When she isn’t working, Dr. Nair enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and dancing. She also loves to donate to cultural and charitable causes.
Dr. Adam Darvish, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Adam Darvish has been practicing dentistry for the last ten years, although he joined the Carewell Dental team three years ago. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute before attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Darvish comes from a family of dentists and enjoys helping his patients improve their oral health. He loves to meet with new patients and form long-term relationships with them. When he’s not in the dental office, Dr. Darvish is an avid collector of comic books, video games, sneakers, and trading cards; he even has a collection of over 200 unopened Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures.
Dr. Keerthi Peri, DMD
Dentist
Dr. Peri attended the Goldman School of Dental Medicine before joining the Carewell Dental team. Dr. Peri loves helping her patients achieve the best smile possible because it boosts their self-esteem. She loves how the Carewell Dental team works together to help patients achieve optimal oral health. Because she grew up in India and saw the lack of oral health care, she was motivated to pursue a career in dentistry to help educate people on the importance of visiting the dentist. When she isn’t working with her patients, Dr. Peri enjoys gardening, singing, and dancing. She also loves baking her famous orange chocolate cake.
Dr. Daniel Osorio
Dentist
Dr. Daniel Osorio joins the Carewell Dental team after over five years of private practice experience outside of Albany, NY. “Dr. Dan” is a graduate of Cornell University, New York University College of Dentistry (D.D.S. 2017). Following dental school, he went on to complete two years of post-graduate General Practice Residency training at Woodhull Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident and had a focus in restorative dental services, including endodontics, dental implants, and periodontal surgical procedures.
Dr. Osorio is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, an associate member of the American Academy of Periodontology, and Massachusetts Dental Society. When not in the office caring for patients, Dr. Osorio enjoys spending time cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time with his wife.
Jessica
Lead Dental Hygienist
Although she has been a professional in the dental field since 2005, Jessica joined the Carewell Dental team in 2014. She graduated from Quinsigamond Community College, receiving a Dental Assisting certificate and associate degrees in Allied Dental Health and Dental Hygiene. She continued her education and received her bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University and her master’s degree from Emporia State University. Jessica is very passionate about health and fitness, and in her spare time, she likes to help others set and reach their health goals. In her non-working hours, she loves to run, garden, play tennis, and enjoy time with her family.
Colleen
Registered Dental Hygienist
Colleen has spent 28 years in the field of dentistry, first as a dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist. She attended Quinsigamond Community College to learn her skills in dentistry. She loves being part of the Carewell Dental team because they all help and support each other. Some of Colleen’s duties include creating treatment plans, cleaning teeth, taking x-rays, and performing laser gum disease procedures. Colleen believes in educating her patients about the systemic link between oral health and overall health. Colleen’s passions outside of dentistry are running and being outdoors, but she’s also a great thumb wrestler!
Ashley
Dental Hygienist
Ashley attended Quinsigamond Community College to become a dental hygienist; she has been with Carewell Dental for six months but has been an RDH for nine years. Ashley focuses on giving each patient the best possible care; she does this by helping alleviate their dental anxiety and making personal connections with her patients. Her goal is for her patients to schedule their next visit before they leave the office. Ashley’s grandmother was a dental assistant, inspiring her to pursue a similar career. When she isn’t working, Ashley loves to travel, go to the beach, and hike. She’s an avid New England Patriots fan, so you can watch for her and her dad at Gilette Stadium.
Kelly
Lead Dental Assistant
Kelly joined the Carewell Dental team in 2022 but has worked as a certified dental assistant for over 25 years. She received her education at Worcester Technical Institute, where she learned the best ways to assist the dentist and other team members. Kelly loves to help people and thoroughly enjoys it when the patients complete their dental work and love their smiles again. When Kelly isn’t working, she enjoys reading and gardening, but she also loves to watch NASCAR. Kelly’s two cats keep her busy as well.
Jackie
Dental Assistant
Jackie has spent the last 35 years working in the dental field; although she has only been with Dr. Nair at Carewell Dental for six months, she loves the camaraderie of the staff and how they are all family. She received her education at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell, PA. One of Jackie’s greatest strengths as a dental assistant is helping patients overcome dental anxiety, allowing them to receive the necessary dental treatment they need. When she isn’t working, Jackie enjoys listening to music, as well as playing and collecting guitars. You might find Jackie out riding her bike or star gazing on the weekends as well. She loves all four seasons of the year, especially winter, because of how the snow smells.
Barbara Jean
Office Manager/Invisalign Patient Coordinator
Barbara Jean serves as the office manager at Carewell Dental. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, organizing meetings, working as the Invisalign® coordinator, and ensuring the dental team and the patients have their needs met. Her numerous certifications make her a valuable asset to the dental team. Barbara Jean focuses on implementing positive growth and change at Carewell Dental by being helpful, listening, and always learning. Although her previous work background was in the medical field, she has been on the Carewell Dental team for four years. Barbara Jean is an avid motorcyclist and plans a yearly ride. She loves muscle cars, yoga, and trying new, healthy recipes.
Kileen
Administrative Assistant/Front Office Receptionist
Kileen’s role as an administrative assistant/front office receptionist requires her to wear many hats; some of her responsibilities include greeting patients, accepting payments, contacting insurance companies, assisting patients with paperwork, and helping her coworkers with anything they need. She loves helping people without expecting anything in return. Kileen attended Fisher College and continues her education by taking courses to enable her to perform her duties more efficiently. She truly loves the Carewell Dental team because everyone works to help each other, and the environment is patient-focused and happy. When she isn’t working, Kileen draws and paints, but her real passion is spending time with her six grandchildren. Oh, and she was courageous enough to go bungee jumping!
Dawnne
Lead Dental Assistant
Dawnne has been a part of the Carewell Dental family since 2009; working as a dental assistant has allowed her to work with hundreds of patients over the years. She is a self-proclaimed jack of all trades in the dental office because she performs so many different and varied tasks. Dawnne loves making patients comfortable, and she strives to help her fellow team members in any way she can. She received her dental training in the United States Air Force and now works to help patients achieve oral health. Dawnne loves plants, but she also enjoys painting, sketching, crafting, and music.
