Read our patient letter and learn more about how Carewell Dental is addressing the concerns of COVID-19 and providing services during this period
As a valued member of our Carewell Dental patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies and protocols as a result of new information.
Based on the state government’s decision to declare an emergency and recommendation from Massachusetts Dental Society, we have decided to close our office from March 17th, 2020 – May 4th, 2020 as a precaution in light of coronavirus concerns in our state.
Our office has decided to close as a precaution, and not because we have information that someone has been infected or exposed to the virus. As we are in close personal contact with our patients, we feel that it is in the best interests of both our team and our patients if we cease services for the time being in order to reduce the risk of exposure for everyone.
Our goal is to support a healthy team and ensure the safety of everyone during a very difficult time in our state.
As a service to our patients, we are now offering teledentistry as a service in case of emergency or any dental concerns. Please checkout our teledentistry page for more details on how you can contact your provider for service.
Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty as we work together to fight this virus.
